Does your Castle gear have a 1-year or a 3-year warranty?

1-YEAR WARRANTY:

    All Castle products with an attached Castle Warranty/Registration hang tag are covered by the following product warranty for one year from the date of purchase:

    Castle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.  If this product fails within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it upon our inspection.  This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear.  All coverage under this warranty is void if any modifications, change or alterations has been made to the product.  Repaired or replaced products are covered for the  remainder of the original warranty only.  Please retain the following information with proof of purchase; product name, date purchased, and register your product. Click Here to Register.

3-YEAR WARRANTY:

Select Castle products with an attached Castle 3 YEAR Warranty/Registration hang tag are covered by the following product warranty for three years from the date of purchase:

Castle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for three years.  If this product fails within the first three years due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it upon our inspection.  This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear.  All coverage under this warranty is void if any modifications, change or alterations has been made to the product.  Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.  Please retain the following information with proof of purchase; product name, date purchased, and register your product. Click Here to Register.

All valid items in need of warranty repair, MUST be returned to the dealership where they were purchased and the Dealership must then contact Castle Sales Co., Inc. The following must be provided to the dealership for its return to Castle for repair:

• Product must be cleaned before returning. Unwashed products will be returned without being repaired.

• Defective product with an explanation of problem.

• Original Receipt of purchase.
