If you run into an “incorrect address” issue, this usually revolves around a new or rural address and the Zip+4 Zip Code.
Here are some quick tips to help your order process:
- If a message pops up that says “That Address Is Not Valid”, you can click the message circled in green below that says “click here to certify that the address is correct.
- If you live in a rural area that DOES NOT have a Zip+4 Zip Code, simply enter your zip code and add “-1111” for the required “+4” part of the zip code – then click the message circled in green below that says “click here to certify that the address is correct.
- This is a rare situation, and this process should advance your order to the billing page.
