Castle 1-YEAR WARRANTY:
All Castle products with an attached Castle Warranty/Registration hang tag purchased from CastleSales.com are covered by the following product warranty for one year from the date of purchase:
Castle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If this product fails within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it upon our inspection.
This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modifications, changes or alterations have been made to the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

CASTLE X HELMETS 2-YEAR/5 YEAR WARRANTY:
Castle hereby extends a limited warranty to the purchaser of Castle helmets that the helmet is free of defects in material & workmanship.
COVERAGE: This warranty is applicable for manufacturer’s defect only and is good for two years from the date of purchase (5 years applicable to CX950 models ONLY). It does not apply to any problems arising out of wearer’s misuse, negligence, modifications, accident, etc.
• Electric shields carry a one year manufacturer warranty.
FULMER WARRANTY:
Fulmer offers a 2-year limited warranty for manufacturer’s defects on helmets, and a 2-year limited warranty on apparel.

Please fill out the WARRANTY INSPECTION FORM below to start your warranty return inspection process on all valid items in need of warranty repair.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to Castle. We highly recommend shipping your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance as Castle assumes no responsibility for packages lost in shipping. We return the package to you at our expense.
IMPORTANT:
Before sending your product to Castle for warranty inspection:
1. Product must be washed before returning it to Castle for inspection. Unwashed garments will be returned at your expense without being repaired. Washing instructions can be found on the care tags located inside of each garment.
2. Mark any areas of concern with tape or a sticker of some sort. This action will assist us in addressing the correct problem.
Some items that would not be covered by the one year limited warranty are:
• Rips, cuts, or burns
• Normal, or excessive wear and tear
• Fading
• Damage (such as bleeding) resulting from improper washing
• Damage from solvents or adhesives
• Product with any modifications or alterations
• Any damage that is not a result of faulty materials or manufacturing
Reasons your product will be sent back to you at your expense:
1. It arrives unwashed
2. It arrives without an approved RA Number generated from the form below
3. Inspection determines that the reason listed for the warranty inspection is NOT covered under our warranty
*** If your product needs to be sent back to you for reasons #1, #2, or #3 listed above, we will contact you and request your credit card information for prepayment of return shipping costs to you.
Products arriving unwashed, without an approved RA number, or not covered under our warranty, will only be sent back to you after prepayment of return shipping costs is processed and approved.
There is a 2 week turnaround time on garments returned for inspection and repair. This turnaround time may vary due to the time of year or the difficulty of the repair(s).
