– Does Castle ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Canada and cannot accept Canadian billing addresses for credit card payments. We have several Authorized Dealers that do ship to Canada. Please check out www.DennisKirk.com or www.upnorthsports.com.

– What is your return policy?
14 Day Return Policy
Purchases made directly through CastleSales.com have a 14 day return period, from the date of purchase. The product must be unworn, in new, re-sellable condition, have the tags still attached, be a current model, and must be clean (No pet hair or cigarette odors, etc). If it does not meet all of these conditions, it will be refused and customer service will notify you. If your return is refused, you will be responsible for payment of all shipping costs to ship it back to you. If you have any question about whether or not your return will be accepted, contact us before sending it.
• For purchases made in December: You can request a return on eligible purchases made in December through December 31st, or 14 days after the sale date, whichever is longer.
**All Sales Are Final on Clearance Priced Items (this applies to items that are tagged “Clearance” only) – No Returns or Refunds – No Exceptions.**

We do not do “exchanges” — Only “returns”. If you need a different size or color, you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RA number to do so – See below) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it. You can then purchase the correct item at any time.
Refused Shipments: A $25 service charge plus any shipping cost is applied to any refused shipments.
ALL purchases made at an Authorized Castle Dealer MUST be returned to the dealer where they were purchased.
– How do I return an item?
Returns require a Return Authorization Number. If you would like to return an item you bought on CastleSales.com, fill out the form on this page with all of the required information in addition to the reason for requesting the return. Once we receive the information, we will create a Return Authorization and will email confirmation of the Return Authorization to you along with the RA number and the shipping address to send the return. Issuance of a Return Authorization does not guarantee acceptance of the return, the item still must meet all the conditions specified in our return policy to be accepted as a return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
**PLEASE** – Check your “Spam” folder for response emails from “(example)@CastleSales.com” – We frequently hear from customers that they did not receive a reply from us, but after checking their “Spam” folder – They find the emails we sent!
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Castle. We highly recommend shipping the package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance as Castle assumes no responsibility for packages lost in shipping.

We respond to contact form questions super-fast – If you want to leave a voice message for us at 920-309-6755, you are welcome to – but please keep in mind that it may be 3-5 day response time, and we will respond via email.
– How can I track my order?
We email tracking numbers as soon as they are generated by the carrier (usually within 24 hours of your order). You can also check your shipping status using our “Account” feature. If you have ordered through CastleSales.com, Click here to set up and access your account.
– What is your policy regarding sale prices?
Sale prices are not applicable to previous or future purchases. Our pricing is subject to change at any time, this includes sale pricing being applied or removed at our discretion without warning.
– What is your shipping policy?
All orders placed by 1PM CST on normal business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends) will usually be shipped within 72 hours. Holidays will impact shipping also and may delay shipping an additional 48 hours. Sometimes an order will not be available to ship because it is out of stock or sold out; If this happens, we will notify you via email. Out of stock situations increase as the season progresses. ALL orders over $500 will be shipped with Signature Required.
We ship to the exact address as you enter it as your “Shipping Address”, please make sure you enter the correct address as Castle will not be held responsible for entry errors. Confirm that the shipping address is correct – please contact us immediately if it is not. After your order leaves Castle, the delivery address can not be changed. Castle is not responsible for shipments that are sent to an address the buyer enters incorrectly.
Castle uses UPS, Fedex, and Spee-Dee Delivery for shipping all orders, and we currently only ship to the Lower 48 in the USA.
Some shipping exclusions apply. Oversized products/large orders will have increased shipping costs (customer service will contact you prior to shipment) and will ship Standard Ground only.

Once we receive your resume we will get in touch with you to let you know how we may be able to work together for the upcoming season. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to get back to you as it takes time to properly review each resume we receive.

We use automatic data collection and analytics technologies to collect aggregate and user-specific information about your equipment, domain name, patterns of use, communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services, including your IP address, browsing and navigation patterns. We generally process information collected automatically on the legal basis of Castle Sales’ legitimate interests in assessing the use of its Services. Where appropriate, we may rely on alternate legal bases, such as your consent to certain types of processing.
Information we collect automatically through your use of the Services includes:
Social Login Data: Certain Services may allow you to log in using social media accounts, such as those available via Facebook, Twitter, and Google. For those Services users that choose social login, Castle Sales may receive information from your social account which makes it easier for you to create a Services Account or login, such as your email address. We currently also collect first name, last name, and profile photos for all social logins, as well as gender and birthdate from those using Facebook as a social login. We use the information to help you connect and share public content with your friends and followers, to register you for a Services Account, and to contact you via our newsletters if you opt-in.
IP Addresses: We automatically collect the IP addresses of users of certain Services, such as website visitors, those that log in to the Services, and those who post messages to the communities and forums. We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests in protecting the Services and providing the Services to you.
Unique Identifiers: When you use or access the Services, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “Unique Identifiers,” such as a universally unique identifier (“UUID”). Within Castle Sales: We may share and process information internally within Castle Sales and with our subsidiaries and affiliates. Castle Sales’ personnel may have access to your information as needed to provide and operate the Services in the normal course of business. We share personal data with our Service Providers on the legal basis of Castle Sales’ legitimate interests in providing you with the Services. 5.3 Data Retention
Castle Sales will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, for as long as an account is active, as described in this Privacy Notice, or as needed to provide the Services to you. Castle Sales will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Notice. In addition, Castle Sales sellers may also be required to retain and use your information in order to comply with certain legal obligations. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a brief period of time, except in cases where they are used for site safety and security, to improve site functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer time periods. We may delete your personal data from our systems as part of a data retention plan.
