• We do not do “exchanges” — Only “returns”.
• If you need a different size or color, you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RA number to do so – Fill out the form below to request one). You will be refunded according to our return policy.
To avoid an “Out-Of-Stock” situation on the size / color you need:

• Second: Fill out the form below to return the item you bought directly through our website
Purchases made directly through CastleSales.com have a 14 day return period (from the date of purchase) (exclusions listed below).
• The product must be unworn and in new, re-sellable condition, have the tags still attached, and must be a current model.
• Any returns that don’t meet these conditions will be subject to refusal or a restock fee. NO used products are eligible for refund.

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for a return. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable.
