Return Request Form
WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS OF NEW/UNWORN/CLEAN PRODUCTS ONLY! If the product you are returning has pet hair on it, human hair on it, has any smoke odor, or is just dirty – we will send it back to you. We ONLY accept clean products for returns – Please do not return dirty products. We would not send you a dirty product, please do not return a dirty product. If you decide to return a dirty product, each dirty product will be subject to a $30 cleaning fee.
- • Castle products purchased online (via Amazon, eBay, or any other online sales channel) must be returned to the dealer they were purchased from. Please contact them directly.
- • See product descriptions for return exclusions and details.
- • Check your “Spam” folder for response emails from CastleSales.com.
- • We do not do “exchanges” — Only “returns”.
- • If you need a different size or color, you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RA number to do so – Fill out the form below to request one). You will be refunded according to our return policy.
To avoid an “Out-Of-Stock” situation on the size / color you need:
- • First: Purchase the size & color you need directly through CastleSales.com
- • Second: Fill out the form below to return the item you bought directly through our website
Purchases made directly through CastleSales.com have a 14 day return period from the date of purchase (exclusions listed below).
- • For purchases made in December: You can request a return on eligible purchases made in December through December 31st, or 14 days after the sale date, whichever is longer.
- • The product must be unworn and in new, re-sellable condition, have the tags still attached, and must be a current model.
- • Any returns that don’t meet these conditions will be subject to refusal or a restock fee. NO used products are eligible for refund.
- • Clearance tagged items are not returnable; See product descriptions for return exclusions and details.
- • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for a return. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- • Returns cannot be dropped off at our warehouse.
