Bought your gear directly through CastleSales.com and need a different size?
We do not do “exchanges” — Only “returns”.
If you need a different size or color, you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RA number to do so – Fill out the form below to request one) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it.
Our gear sells out quickly (and is very hard to find near the end of the season!)
To avoid an “Out-Of-Stock” situation on the size / color you need:

2- Fill out the form below to return the item you bought directly through our website
Purchases made directly through CastleSales.com have a 14 day return period (from the date of purchase) – exclusions listed below. The product must be unworn, in new, re-sellable condition, have the tags still attached, and must be a current model. Any returns that don’t meet these conditions will be subject to refusal or a restock fee. NO used products are eligible for refund.
