January 30, 2012 – Monster Energy/Arctic Cat’s Tucker Hibbert is ready to hit the racetrack in Farmington, New York in his only snocross event in the eastern United States. This weekend, Finger Lakes Racetrack will transform from a horse track into a world-class snocross course for rounds seven and eight of the ISOC National Snocross Tour.Fresh off his 68th career Pro victory, Hibbert hopes to carry his winning momentum into New York. He is the reigning Pro Open Champion but currently sits second in the 2012 points chase. This high-pressure situation combined with the fact that the Eastern National is notorious for pulling in an overflow, electric crowd, plows the way for a weekend of intense racing. Pro Open racing kicks-off at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday night with final events at 9 p.m. Fans can stream the event live online at www.ustream.tv/xsantv and catch the behind the scenes action on NBC Sports Sunday, March 4 at 5 p.m. EST

“I can’t wait to get back to the racetrack. The break was good to gear up for the rest of the season but I’m anxious to race again. New York always has one of the best crowds of the season. It’s the only event out east and there are a lot of snowmobile fans there. It’s going to be a good one.
We (the team) are heading into a serious stretch of racing. We have two U.S. Nationals and then fly to Russia for the World Championship, come back to the U.S. for three more Nationals then to Sweden for Clash of Nations. There has been so much planning and organizing going on behind the scenes. The majority of the work has been done and now we need to perform.”
