March 4, 2013 – Pelican Rapids’ own world champion snocross racer, Tucker Hibbert, is set to compete at his home race this weekend in Glyndon, Minn. Hibbert lives under 30 miles from Buffalo River Race Park (BRRP), making it an easy drive or ride to the track Friday and Saturday nights for the ISOC Ram Truck Fargo National.

Hibbert is having one of the most dominate seasons of his 13-year professional career. He has won nine of the 12 ISOC Pro Open National finals this season and currently holds a 73-point lead in the Pro Open Points Championship (498-425). With only two events left on the ISOC tour, BRRP is slated to host back-to-back nights of intense racing action.
Pro racing kicks-off at 6 p.m. both Friday and Saturday. Tickets are available at the gate or online at www.isocracing.com.

Recently, co-host Sara Haines took her “Sara in the City” segment to Minnesota to build an Arctic Cat snowmobile at the factory in Thief River Falls and take riding lessons from Hibbert. The feature will air during the fourth hour of TODAY with Kathie Lee and Hoda.
